Ingredients
1 large pizza crust (thin), store bought or homemade
1 box Sweet & Spicy Peach Jalapeno Cheeseball Mix
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
½ red pepper, diced
1-2 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced or diced
Instructions
Prepare pizza crust according to package directions and let cool. Combine packet 1 from the Sweet & Spicy Peach Jalapeno Cheeseball Mix (cheeseball mix) with softened cream cheese. Refrigerate for an hour or more. Spread cheeseball mixture on cooled pizza crust and top with diced peppers and peaches. Evenly sprinkle packet 2 (topping) from the Sweet & Spicy Peach Jalapeno Cheeseball Mix over the top of the pizza. Refrigerate until ready to slice and serve.
